Heroes Week Instructions:

• Fill out this Heroes Week Application.
• Camp OTX will email you informing you of your Heroes Week Tuition Rate and will give you instructions on how to complete your registration.

• There are limited Heroes Week spots available. 
• Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
• Applications may take up to two weeks to review.
• Applications submitted after December 16, may not be reviwed until after the New Year.
